Hawaiian Vanilla Extract

Our house-made vanil­la extract takes our own Kauai-grown beans out of the vanillery and infus­es them in pre­mi­um 80-proof vod­ka to cap­ture the full fla­vor and aro­ma for use in your recipes. Our vanil­la extract is made using a gen­er­ous 1:10 ratio of beans to alco­hol, and then the two are allowed to infuse in a qui­et spot for a min­i­mum of 3 months. This vanil­la extract is coarse­ly fil­tered and so con­tains the vanil­la seeds for the full “vanil­la bean” effect.
