Premium Bourbon Whiskey Vanilla Extract

Description

This is a from a small-batch infu­sion we made last year. We start­ed with pre­mi­um bour­bon brand Woodford Reserve® and filled it with our top-qual­i­ty extract beans and let the whole thing infuse and extract for 5 months in our cur­ing room. The result is a bour­bon with an expand­ed palette, pro­found­ly deep in its bot­tom note of pure vanilla.

We see this extract adding a spe­cial dimen­sion to your bak­ing, and most espe­cial­ly in dessert sauces such as zabaglione. Wow.
