This is a from a small-batch infusion we made last year. We started with premium bourbon brand Woodford Reserve® and filled it with our top-quality extract beans and let the whole thing infuse and extract for 5 months in our curing room. The result is a bourbon with an expanded palette, profoundly deep in its bottom note of pure vanilla.
We see this extract adding a special dimension to your baking, and most especially in dessert sauces such as zabaglione. Wow.
